It is far too long since I have put pen to paper (sounds so much nicer than fingers to keys; despite the reality) and I have missed blogging and reaching out to readers. The truth be told, work has been busy, end of year taxes created a forced hibernation, and then I gallivanted off to San Diego for the Institute for Integrative Medicine’s 3rd Annual Conference in Integrative Medicine http://www.theifim.com/events. More about this in a future blog about the whole fabulous experience.
I wanted to reach out and touch a few hearts today; and centre you back into feeling universal love and support. To remind you how you never walk alone and that in the moments where you may feel dreadfully and utterly alone in this world truly you are not; you are always supported and surrounded by love.
The following is a list of recommended children’s development books that have crossed my path in my career and also some which relate to adults that may be helpful should you have come through a difficult childhood.
There are many more books available dedicated to dream interpretation and also some helpful websites. I believe that our dreams can reflect several things, our subconscious working out ‘stuff’, our guides giving us symbols related to life events or people that require a bit of interpretation on our behalf, as well as dreams and desires….. Only you truly can interpret what your dream means to you.
These books are relevant to us in all walks of life; however I am keeping them in a separate category to personal development for simplicity. Don’t forget that many are available on audio CD, which is helpful if you are strapped for time.
We are very excited, as this e-book will help so many of our clients AND new friends that find our website!

A guide that reflects Andrea’s comprehensive knowledge and extensive research into the topic of gluten, the potential repercussions of intolerance, and how to begin healing and continue a healthy lifestyle. Her passion for her work is tangible in these pages.
I just read Andrea Cullen’s E-book and I can now say that it is the go to guide that I will use with clients. It’s practical and sympathetic to the challenges of gluten-free living while also dispelling many of the myths around this increasingly relevant topic. After 3 years of living “primal” I can say that removing gluten from the menu has been part of the process for me being the healthiest, strongest and happiest I’ve ever been.
Thanks to Andrea and of course Dr Thomas O’Bryan for their efforts in making this health issue known and providing a working solution. I have had several athletes eliminate gluten with amazing results. While not all athletes are gluten intolerant there are few who don’t notice becoming leaner and experience faster recovery when they eliminate gluten from their menu. This resource makes the process of educating athletes, clients and their families a much simpler one. Thanks again!
It is time we got real about women’s bodies and body fat levels. The media, magazines, fashion and clothing industry, the diet industry, and also the fitness and personal training industry has a lot to answer for.
I am seeing far too many women in my clinic lately that are beaten down, stressed out, exhausted from training and hating their bodies… and trying to attain what is NOT natural for a woman.
